Caution:
After booting or after a data set changeover, under certain circumstances, the new value is only available at BICO
sinks - that are interconnected to BICO source CO:r0479 - only after several 100ms as the connections must be
updated in the background (contrary to other BICO sources, e.g. CO:r0482).
The value is immediately available when non-cyclically reading r0479 (e.g. via the expert list).
