6.8 Application examples
Description
For best accuracy, an XRS-5 transducer should be
used in conjunction with the High Accuracy SITRANS
LUT440.
For best accuracy, a TS-3 external temperature sen-
sor is required.
Parshall Flumes are a type of exponential device.
Available from the PMD supplier data sheet.
Units corresponding to the head measurement.
The distance to the empty point or bottom of the
flume. This sets the 4 mA setpoint.
