Return of products with lithium batteries
Lithium batteries are dangerous goods according to the Regulation of Dangerous Goods, UN
3090 and UN 3091.
• Remove lithium batteries prior to shipment.
• If the battery cannot be removed, return the product according to the Regulation of
Dangerous Goods with special transport documentation.

Enclose the bill of lading, return document and decontamination certificate in a clear plastic
pouch and attach it firmly to the outside of the packaging.
