6.4. Hydraulic connection with the tractor The wrapping machine, TWISTER, is connected to a tractor by two hoses equipped with quick-release couplings. Attach the pressure hose the one connected with the oil filter (no 1, Fig. 8) to the oil feed female socket in the tractor. The second hose attached to the socket (no 5, Fig.8), should be connected to the free flow socket in the tractor. -

Wrapping machine Sensors It is necessary to set sensors responsible for the final position of each function correctly, to provide correct operation of the machine in the automatic and semi-automatic mode. It is fol- lowed by buzzer signal. Meaning of the pictures is as follows: - POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE TOO LOW. Check the rechargeable battery condition and the condition of the battery charging system in the tractor. - Page 47 Operating instructions and part catalogue, BALE WRAPPING MACHINE, TWISTER - STOP button was pressed on the wrapping machine or the safety sensor attached to wrapping machines’ arms was activated. All electric valves and operated cycle are being switched off. Enter MAIN MENU, release activated STOP button and enter MACHINE MENU manually complete the wrapping cycle if required.

Driving chains The bale wrapping machine TWISTER, is provided with two driving chains that need routine lubrication and require tensioning. They are located in the wrapping machine table, on the LH side of the machine, under a shield. They provide the drive for the cylinders rotating the bales. -

Due to the installation of the hydraulic distributor equipped with proportional valve which is very sensible to pollu- tions, it is necessary to ensure an additional oil filtration. For this, the TWISTER wrapping machine is equipped with a pressure oil filter (1). It is situated under distributor cover, on the LH side of the machine. It ensures filtra- tion of the level of 12 µm. -
