OA: Application cannot be loaded

Cause:
The system was not able to load an OA application.
Alarm value (r2124, interpret hexadecimal):
Only for internal Siemens troubleshooting.
Remedy:
- carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
- upgrade the firmware release.
- contact the Hotline.

OA: Internal software error

Acknowledge:
IMMEDIATELY (POWER ON)
Cause:
An internal software error has occurred within an OA application.
Fault value (r0949, interpret hexadecimal):
Only for internal Siemens troubleshooting.
Remedy:
- carry out a POWER ON (power off/on) for all components.
- upgrade the firmware release.
- contact the Hotline.
- replace the Control Unit.

OA applications, blocks, etc).
Fault value (r0949, interpret decimal):
Only for internal Siemens troubleshooting.
Remedy:
- change the configuration on this Control Unit (e.g. fewer drive, function modules, data sets, OA applications, blocks,
etc).
- use an additional Control Unit.
