1-7-3. Removal of Back Correction Glass Assembly When attaching the optional lens VPLL-ZM42/Z4011, remove the back correction glass assembly from the lens mounting portion of this unit. Back correction glass assembly When removing the back correction glass assembly, rotate it in the direction of the arrow A so that the mark of the back correction glass assembly is aligned with the mark of the lens adjustment adaptor.

Focus Adjustment of Peripheral Area When attaching the optional lens VPLL-Z4007 to this unit, in addition to performing the adjustment of screen focus, also perform the focus adjustment of the peripheral area. 1. If the peripheral area is out of focus Depending on the installation condition, the focus of the peripheral area of screen cannot be adjusted using the peripheral focus ring. In such a case, perform the adjustment by changing the number of spacers inside of the adaptor.

3. Remove the two screws from the spacer attached inside of the adaptor. Adaptor Spacer Screws 4. Add or remove a spacer according to the focus status of the peripheral area of screen. When removing or attaching the spacer, handle it with extreme care not to cut your hands with it. A spacer is supplied with the optional lens as a spare part.
