Using an Optional Keyboard
You can connect a keyboard with the PS/2 plug to the KEYBOARD terminal inside the front door (see page 9).
You can use the following keys to operate this unit for Edit and Search Modes.
• You can use such a keyboard as a PS/2 US101 keyboard or an equivalent. However, the keyboard connected to this unit
must be a type of DC 5 V and less than 100 mA.
Keys Used for Operating This Unit
F1 : Enter Album Title Edit Mode (see page 70).
Press again to exit from Edit Mode.
F2 : Enter Track Title Edit Mode (see page 70).
Press again to exit from Edit Mode.
F3 : Enter Library Name Edit Mode (see page 71).
Press again to exit from Edit Mode.
F5 : Enter Album Number Search (see page 71).
Press again to exit from Search Mode.
F6 : Enter Album Title Search (see page 71).
Press again to exit from Search Mode.
F7 : Enter Track Title Search (see page 71).
Press again to exit from Search Mode.
Esc : Exit from the above Edit and Search Modes.
: Functions in the same way as the SET and
ENTER buttons on the remote control.
