Using Your Tablet PC in Windows 7 Your Tablet PC uses several input devices. The standard keyboard touch pad are present, plus you can opt for the electrostatic pen or just use your finger as an input device. Using Pen as a Mouse You can use the pen the same way you use a mouse or touch pad with a notebook computer.
