| 3 Deactivate the CPC(s)

1. Open the Task List from the Views area.
|
2. Open Daily Tasks from the Task List
|
Work Area.
|
3. Open Groups from the Views area.
|
4. Select the Defined CPC(s) on a Hardware
|
Management Console .
|
5. Drag and drop the selected group on
|
Deactivate in the Daily Tasks area.
|
6. Select Yes on the Deactivate Task
|
Confirmation window.
| Ensure that the CPC(s) have been deactivated,
| before continuing.
| Attention
| 4 Wait Two Minutes Before Continuing
| Although all of the CPCs are deactivated there is
| still processing being done by the CPC Support
| Elements. This processing must be completed,
| otherwise, Support Element data could be left in an
| unusable state. Wait at least two minutes. This
| will provide the time needed for the Support
| Elements to complete processing.
