System Error log entries
The system error log is similar to an event log and can contain messages of three
major types:
Information
Warning
Error
Note: In a 16-way configuration, each chassis generates its own System Error log.
System Error log messages can originate from several sources.
v POST/BIOS
v SMI Handler
v Service Processor
Each entry contains date and time information, which is useful in determining the
nature of the occurrence.
