    Before using for the first time Setting and changing the current time The oven only operates when the time has been set. When the appliance is connected to the electrical supply or when there has been a power cut, Time flashes automatically.

    Meat probe For switching off the oven when the temperature at the centre of a roast reaches a set temperature. There are two temperatures to be set: – The oven temperature: see Roasting Table – The core temperature: See Meat probe Table Important: Only the meat probe supplied may be used.

If the oven shelf runners are still in place, ‘C1’ appears in the time dis- play. The pyroluxe process then cannot be started due to a safety cut-out that protects the oven shelf runners.
