Noise considerations
Each BladeCenter unit has two blowers for cooling. An optional Acoustics Module is
available that dampens the noise generated by the blowers. Table 3 shows the
maximum sound levels emitted by BladeCenter units without the Acoustics Module
and with the Acoustics Module. This represents the minimum and maximum number
of BladeCenter units that can be installed in a 42U rack.
