- Reply email address: You can set up
the reply email address.
- Incoming port number: Enter the
POP3 or IMAP4 Port number that
receives your email.
- Outgoing port number: Enter the
Port number of computer that sends
your email.
- Outgoing mail authentication:
When you send the mail, you can set
authentication whether or not.
- Outgoing server ID: Allows you to
enter the user ID of the SMTP server.
- Outgoing server password: Allows
you to enter the user password of
the SMTP server.
- Auto retrieving: You can set up the
auto retrieving setting.
- Retrieve options: You can select the
displayed option. (Headers text/
Headers only)

Access point: You can set the email
access point.

Retrieve interval: You can select
the auto retrieve interval.

Signature: You can make your
signature.
Voicemail number
You can receive voicemail if your
network service provider supports
this feature. When a new voicemail is
arrived, the symbol will be displayed
on the screen. Please check with your
network service provider for details of
their service in order to configure the
phone accordingly.
Service message
You can set the option whether you
will receive the message or not.
