4.7 +CDS Received Status Report Routing
This response is used to carry a received short message status report
to the DTE when direct routing has been activated with the AT+CN-
MI
command. The response +CDS:<length><CR><LF><pdu> is used
when PDU mode is enabled, and +CDS: <fo>,<mr>,[<addr>],
[<type>], <scts>,<dt>,<st> when text mode is used.
