Description of Test
This test tunes the Gain in the DSP so that the amplitude of TX_MOD going into the Tx
VHF VCO produces the correct peak deviation of the RF.

Definition of Result
The result is the DSP Gain, which gives 2KHz +/–0.05KHz peak deviation at the RF out-
put. This DSP Gain is stored to eeprom.
