(POWER SUPPLY) BOARD REMOVAL
NOTES:
Refer to
"Handling the LVDS FFC Connector" on page 3
The Insulation Sheet (G4), Insulation Sheet (G7), Sheet (BAT-L Metal Side) and Sheet (BAT-L Metal
Bottom) are not included with the LCD Panel and must be replaced when replacing the LCD Panel.
A Release 2 clips and slide-out Side Bracket to detach from BATL Board
B Release 2 clips and slide-out Bottom Bracket to detach from BATL Board
C Remove 6 screws from BATL Board
D Disconnect 4 connectors from BATL Board

"Handling the LVDS FFC Connector" on page
E Remove screws from G5/G6 Board
3 from G5 Board
(KDL-46HX820 Only)
4 from G6 Board
(KDL-55HX820 Only)
F Disconnect connectors from
G5/G6 Board
5 from G5 Board
(KDL-46HX820 Only)
7 from G6 Board
(KDL-55HX820 Only)
G Remove 2 screws and disconnect 4
connectors from G7 Board

H Remove 3 screws and disconnect 1
connector from Woofer Box
