Page 4: Check Your Network Connection
• The Symphony keypad has a User Set-up that allows the user to add a code on the control panel and/or as an Internet user on the Symphony keypad. It lets you program the user code on any user number allowed by the control panel as any authority level. - Page 5 User codes for operation • Through the Symphony keypad’s User Set-up, 10 user codes can be added onto the control panel as any authority or user number allowed by the control panel. A name needs to be given to the user.
- Page 6 4. Verify that a computer on the network is able to get its address through DHCP. 5. Try connecting the Symphony to the same port of the router that you know a computer is able to get its address through.
- Page 7 1. Setup a dealer account with Alarmnet by calling your Central Station. Note: This is done only once as a dealer. It is not necessary each time you put a Symphony on line. 2. They will assign you a Central Station number (4-digits), an account number(4-digits), a username and password.
