  • Page 4: Installation

     Use of a separate air filter, regulator and lubricator is recom- mended such as an Eagle Group AFRL device. This filter re- moves solid particles larger than 15 microns and also removes more than 90% of liquid water. The filter must be installed as close as possible to the machine/equipment and prior to any other air preparation unit.
  • Page 5 Water in the compressed air flow, dust and wear particles can cause rust and sticking of vanes, values etc. Flushing the running tool with a few drops of air motor oil (Eagle Group AM-Oil) will reduce the chances of rust and debris build up while maintaining lubrication of the motor.
  • Page 6 Spare Parts Replacement parts must be ordered with appropriate part number – see breakdown of tool. The use of other than genuine EAGLE Group replacement parts may result in decreased tool performance and increased mainte- nance and will invalidate all warranties.
