Function overview of the NAMUR_G120_V3_xx script
The "NAMUR_G120_V3_xx" script is available for the commissioning of the chemical
industry inverter with the CM240NE chemical industry module and CU 250S-2 DP Control
Unit.
The following functions are implemented by this script:
● Read-out of all drives in the project
● Query: Execution for the selected drive?
● Check: Online status
● Check: Free function blocks activated
● Specification of the duty cycle to light overload
● Query: Connection of PTC temperature sensor on the inverter?
● Reset of standard interconnections
● Interconnection of the inputs and outputs
● Scaling of analog input AI1
● Disabling of the master control of the BOP/IOP during normal operation
● Setting of the current limit to 140% of the rated current
● Interconnection of the setpoint channel
● Setting of the minimum speed to 10%
● Setting of the ramp times
● For PM240: Activation of the VDC max controller
● Interconnection of the PZD in the send direction
● Interconnection of the free function blocks
● Query: "On/off static" or "On/off dynamic" option?
● Restoration of the safety factory settings
● Activation of the extended safety functions
● Parameterization of the safety functions
