Remove the battery:
1.
Disconnect the battery cable (1) from the system board.
2.
Remove the four Phillips M2.0 × 4.0 screws (2) that secure the battery to the computer.
3.
Remove the battery (3) from the computer.
To insert the battery, reverse the removal procedures.
NOTE:
When replacing the battery, plug in the battery power cable first, and then replace the screws.
